Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include your order number, a description of the issue and photographs where possible. We'll review your claim and work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Size Selection

Please refer to our Size Guide before placing your order.

As many of our products are made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to incorrect size selection. If you're unsure about sizing, we're happy to help before you place your order.

Change of Mind

As all Rugby Life Co. products are made to order, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases.
