Orders

Processing begins once payment has cleared.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order where fraud, pricing errors or stock availability issues are identified.

Payment

Payments are currently accepted via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT).

Payment instructions are provided during checkout and in your order confirmation email.

Orders will only be processed once payment has been received and cleared.

Rugby Life Co. does not store your banking or payment information.

Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but cannot be guaranteed.

Rugby Life Co. is not responsible for courier delays caused by weather, strikes, public holidays or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied products will be handled in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act where applicable.

Due to the made-to-order nature of many of our garments, returns for incorrect size selection or change of mind cannot be accepted unless required by law.

All artwork, logos, branding, photography, product names, designs and website content remain the property of Rugby Life Co.

Our maximum liability will not exceed the purchase price of the products ordered.
