Refund policy

At Rugby Life Co., we take pride in producing premium-quality apparel. As many of our products are made to order, we ask that you please choose your size carefully before placing your order.

Returns

We accept returns only if an item is:

• Defective or damaged.

• Incorrect (you received the wrong item).

To request a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order by emailing info@rugbylifeco.co.za. Please include:

• Your order number.

• A description of the issue.

• Clear photographs of the item.

Once your request has been reviewed, we'll provide instructions on how to return the item if applicable.

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Size Selection

Please refer to our Size Guide before placing your order.

As our garments are made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges due to incorrect size selection or change of mind.

Refunds

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.

Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we'll gladly replace it at no additional cost.

Exchanges are only available for defective or incorrectly supplied items.
